My house flooded this past Sunday which of course was Easter. I was hesitate about calling someone out the yellow pages but after using someone that "does it on the side" before I'd learned my lesson. I called Best Rate and Jeff came out within an hour to estimate the damage. He returned the next morning and repaired the busted pipes that involved removing and replacing concrete since it was a slab foundation. I was very satisfied with the repair and even more impressed with the communication. I had to work the day the repair was done. Jeff called me when he pulled in my driveway, he called again once he found the leak and advised me what he would do next and he called once the job was complete. I would like to say I hope I never need a plumber again but if and when I do I'll call Best Rate Plumbing.

We needed to update our toilets, faucets and replace the kitchen sink in our house. After obtaining two estimates from other plumbing companies, we telephoned Best Rate Plumbing. Their estimate was very competitive and they offered to supply all the supplies vs the other plumbers wanted us to purchase the supplies ourselves.

Robert, the plumber delivered all faucets, commodes and stainless steel kitchen sink to our house. With his helper, he also installed everything.

We were very satisfied with the job he did, and will recommend Best Rate Plumbing to all our friends.
